Hey there!
My name is Dave MacDonald, handyman and owner of Topsail Contracting. With 20 years of experience in renovation, repair, and remodeling, I'm here to be your trusted handyman for the ever growing list of tasks your home needs completed each year.
My Story
My wife and I are both alumni of Siena University and live in Ballston Spa with our amazing 3 kids, and 2 pups. Ever since I was 19, there hasn't been many weeks that have gone by where I wasn't working on a project. From home renovations, property flips, and regular maintenance and repair. I'm grateful for the skills I was taught and developed over the last 20 years, and today with Topsail Contracting, I'm excited to help you as well!
In addition to being a handyman, I'm also a cartoonist (davethecartoonist.com), an avid snowboarder, and have been helping coach my son's Ballston Spa Youth Football team for 3 years now.
So what's a Topsail?
By definition, the topsail is a sail that is set above the other sails - the position of the topsails well above the sea ensure they receive a steady breeze - even when the seas are rough! That's what I'm here for, to keep things moving forwawrd for you!
